Brief about the Team:
The B&M Retail team manages in-store pharmacy operations, diagnostics, and e-consult services, ensuring excellent customer experience. This team collaborates with Warehousing, Merchandising, and Marketing teams to ensure operational excellence.
What You Will Do:
Financial Performance and Sales:
- Achieve daily targets for sales, private label, BigBasket, generics, high-margin categories, and diagnostics.
- Execute prescription reminder calls and follow up on dormant/lapsed and high-value users.
- Review commitment registers and ensure timely customer deliveries.
Omnichannel Order Management:
- Ensure zero pushback on omnichannel orders.
- Maintain 100% turnaround time (TAT) compliance in order processing.
Customer Service and Experience:
- Greet customers respectfully (folded hands).
- Understand and fulfill customer needs in-store and via calls/WhatsApp within 15–20 minutes.
- Build strong relationships through professional service.
- Support home deliveries as per protocols.
Inventory Management and Accuracy:
- Manage daily inventory inwarding with 100% accuracy.
- Ensure correct SKU putaway according to location mapping.
- Conduct daily removal of expired, near-expiry, and non-moving stock.
- Enter bounced items into the system and conduct SKU physical audits.
Compliance and Banking:
- Maintain duplicate invoices and cold chain temperature logs as per SOP.
- Manage manual bill regularization and sales returns with approvals.
- Prepare and validate daily sales report (DSR) and cash ledger during shift handovers.
- Respond to store pharmacy emails timely.
Store Hygiene & Visual Merchandising:
- Ensure store cleanliness via housekeeping.
- Maintain racks/shelves and arrange items per merchandising guidelines.
- Place discount tags and ensure correct brand display.
Marketing and Promotional Activities:
- Set up in-store marketing materials and participate in campaigns and door-to-door activities.
- Inform customers about offers, home delivery, and diagnostic services.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Pharmacy.
- Valid State Pharmacy Council registration.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Proficient in computers and pharmacy software.
- Detail-oriented, multitasking ability, and ethical.
